There are nearly 600 kids at Slaughter Elementary, and we’re thrilled to partner with this school and bring the Pop-Up fair to all its students!
Richardson ISD Backpack Bash
We are thrilled to partner with Richardson ISD on its annual Backpack Bash! This event gives families the opportunity to receive backpacks, school supply kits, and hygiene kits, and also connects RISD families to programs and services in a festive back-to-school fair atmosphere. The best part—in addition to the free backpacks and school supplies every kid will receive, they’ll also get to swing by the Pop-Up Books fair to pick out a free book!
Boys & Girls Club of Greater Tarrant County
The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Tarrant County enables youth to reach their full potential—and we can’t wait to bring the pop-up fair experience to kids in their after-school program. To take the energy to a whole other level, we’re partnering with the Texas Legends and will have pro basketball player James Banks III do a reading & talk with the kids.
This is a private event, so keep on the lookout for our next public event.

Join us for the kick-off Pop-Up Books fair at Pecan Grove Park at Fireworks on Main in Rowlett! Each child will be able to select a book to take home, along with other treats & goodies donated by our local sponsors.
